Due to important maintenance work, internet banking, phone banking and our mobile app will be offline from 11.30pm AEST Saturday 10 February to 5.30am Sunday 11 February AEST. Card services and digital wallet transactions will not be affected. Please see below the maintenance that will occur during this time.
The following services will be offline during the maintenance period:

- Mobile App
- Phone Banking
- Online lending and account opening applications
The following Member Services will not be affected during the maintenance period:
- Cards - online and will continue to operate
- Apple and Google Wallet transactions - available
- Corporate websites - online
All services are expected to resume by 6.00am on Sunday 11 February. This maintenance window has been chosen to provide the least impact to our Members.
