    The following services will be unavailable during this time:

    • Internet Banking Two Factor Authentication Secure SMS 
    • SMS alerts 

    We encourage you to arrange any transfers or payments before midnight on Wednesday 9 September 2020 to avoid any issues with making payments that might be due. No other services will be affected by this maintenance. You can keep up to date via our Facebook page.

  • New Card Designs available

    You might have already seen our new card designs floating around and your very own new card isn’t too far behind. Find out more here.

    You might have already seen our new card designs floating around and your very own new card isn’t too far behind.

    You will receive your new card design when your current card is replaced at renewal or if your current card is replaced due to being damaged, lost or stolen. This change will also be displayed in your Internet Banking where a preview of your card appears.

    Please note this has not yet been implemented on your Mobile Banking app. We will notify you of this change.

    When will your new card arrive?

    If your card is up for renewal, we will begin issuing cards with the new design immediately. This means, that all renewal cards for the month of May will be on the new designs.

    When will my new PIN arrive?

    Your new PIN will arrive in the mail a few days after your new card has been sent. If you need to use your new card before your new PIN arrives, you can do this by resetting your PIN in Internet banking. If you need assistance in locating this in Internet banking, please contact your friendly Queensland Country Bank team on 1800 075 078.

    What if I want to change my card design?

    You are more than welcome to change your card to another design in our selection. However, in line with our Fees and Charges this will incur a replacement card fee of $8.

    We’re working to continuously provide you with security measures that safeguards your financial and personal information.

    So, to help better protect you against scams, be aware of the latest SMS Survey Scam.

    We have recently received advice that our Members are receiving an SMS from a number posing as Queensland Country Credit Union with a link to fill out an online survey to win a tablet. Please be aware that this is not a legitimate Queensland Country Credit Union promotion. Therefore, do not click on the link provided in this SMS.

    Please notify your nearest branch or call 1800 075 078 to report any suspicious scam calls.
