Our service promise and values are what connects us, fosters unity and is the basis for what we do and why. Living by these values guides us to make the best decisions for our Members, build long-lasting relationships with each other and do the right things by our Members and our local communities.
At Queensland Country we value four simple things:
We're not just another bank. We take great pride in being genuine about everything we do. For us, "country" is about more than just geography, it's a state of mind. Taking an honest, friendly and up-front approach to helping our Members achieve their financial goals is what matters to us. Our care and concern for our Members extends beyond a marketing slogan - it's embedded throughout our entire organisation.
It's no secret that the key to delivering our genuine banking experiences that set us apart from the rest, is our staff. They're an inspired bunch that are motivated to bring their best to work every day to ensure you, our Members, receive the levels of service you both expect and deserve. We invest in our people through training and professional development activities based on a knowledge that, by helping them be the best they can be, they'll be able to deliver you a memorable banking experience.
Change is not just a part of the journey; it's the journey itself. At Queensland Country, we understand that embracing change is essential for growth and progress. As we constantly evolve to meet the needs of our Members and communities, we believe that change is an opportunity to achieve greater things.
Our values are focused on "people" and our "Members", but that's because you are truly at the core of what we do and why we do it. We're fully committed to helping all Queenslanders live better lives through better finances. But our commitment to putting people first doesn't stop with our staff and Members. We're also committed to supporting the communities in which we live. Our commitment to give back to the communities that support us is threaded into the fabric of our organisation.
