The Queensland Country phone banking service is available 24 hours a day, every day and lets you check your balance, pay your bills and transfer money.

What you can do on phone banking

  • Check your account balance
  • Hear recent transactions and other information on all your accounts
  • Transfer money between your accounts
  • Pay a bill using BPAY®
  • Verify if a cheque has been presented

Accessing phone banking

Existing Members can call 1300 722 812 and enter your customer number and password to access the phone banking service.

It's important to note that you need to have registered for phone banking prior to 16 May 2024 to access phone banking. From 16 May 2024, Queensland Country Bank will be unable to accept any new phone banking registrations. Please contact our friendly team on 1800 075 078 to discuss an alternate solution.
