Queensland Country Bank is proud to be part of the communities we serve - and equally proud of the ways our teams give back. Through our Workplace Giving Program staff collectively donated $23,420 across four selected charities – Beyond Blue, Make A Wish Foundation, National Breast Cancer Foundation and RSPCA.

These efforts reflect our commitment to meaningful contribution - whether through time, resources, or relationships - that positively impact the regions we live and work in.

Beyond Blue

Mental health challenges can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or circumstance. In Australia, Beyond Blue serves as a vital resource for those struggling with mental health issues and emotional distress.

Beyond Blue expressed their gratitude for our contribution:

Your team has ensured that almost 100 people will be able to speak to a mental health professional directly as they take that first step by making a phone call to Beyond Blue. For this we are extremely grateful.

For those seeking support, reaching out to Beyond Blue can be a crucial step towards healing. Their helpline (1300 224 636) is available for anyone in need.

Make A Wish Foundation

Make-A-Wish Australia believe in the extraordinary power of a wish. As the only children's charity in Australia solely dedicated to granting wishes, they've seen firsthand how a single wish can light up the darkest days.

A wish creates precious memories, lifts spirits, and strengthens families and communities during the toughest times. From walking onto the field at Australia's biggest sporting events to suiting up as a superhero and saving the day, every wish is as unique and special as the child who dreams it.

Our team were proud to have raised over $5,000 for this Foundation undertaking meaningful work.

National Breast Cancer Foundation

This cause is especially close to our hearts. Many of our team members, along with their families and friends, have been impacted by breast cancer. Supporting NBCF is our way of standing together in hope, strength, and solidarity.

NBCF is Australia's leading not-for-profit organisation dedicated to funding world-class breast cancer research. With a mission to stop deaths from breast cancer, NBCF works tirelessly to improve detection, treatment, and support for those affected by the disease.

RSPCA

RSPCA Queensland works tirelessly to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome over 45,000 animals each year. As the only organisation in Queensland empowered to enforce animal protection laws, their work spans cruelty investigations, wildlife care, community education, and emergency rescues.

Our team celebrated the work of RSPCA Queensland in alignment with Bring Your Dog to Work Day. Every contribution helps RSPCA Queensland continue their life-saving work and bring hope to animals across the state.
