What is Queensland Country Bank's BSB?
Our BSB is 704 640 and can be seen just under our phone number in our menu.
Are you as secure as some of the bigger banks?
Member-owned banks are regulated by the same government regulator as the major banks – the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority (APRA).
APRA’s supervision is designed to minimise the chance that a financial institution will be unable to meet its obligations to depositors. Member-owned bank, publicly-listed banks and building societies must all comply with the same set of APRA rules (known as Prudential Standards). We comply with all Prudential Standards and are in a strong and stable financial position.
What are your current interest rates?
You can find all of our latest interest rates for loan and deposit products on our rates and fees page.
Where can I find your branches?
We've got branches across Queensland, stretching from Stanthorpe in the south to Weipa in the north, and as far west as our roots in Mount Isa.
You can find your nearest branch here.

What is the Financial Claims Scheme (the deposit guarantee)?
APRA administers the Financial Claims Scheme (FCS), which is an additional protection for deposits.
The FCS ensures that depositors with a Member-owned bank, publicly-listed bank or building society will be guaranteed repayment of their funds in the extremely unlikely event that any banking institution faces stress.
The Scheme includes a guarantee of $250,000 per person per institution.
To find out more about Government guarantees, visit APRA’s FCS website.
