Queensland Country Bank’s International Payments Provider, Convera, will be performing scheduled maintenance on their system between 11:00am to 7:00pm (AEST) on Saturday 16 August 2025.
During this time, you will not be able to process any International Payments through either Internet Banking or the Mobile App. We recommend that any critical payment requests should be submitted prior to close of business Friday 15 August 2025.
All other access will not be impacted by this maintenance and will remain functional.
