Queensland Country Bank will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Core Banking System from 12:00am to 2:00am (AEST) on Sunday 31 August 2025.

Details

During this time, the following services will be temporarily unavailable:

  • Real-time outbound transfers via Osko/PayID
  • Inbound Payments (Any transactions made during the outage will be delayed and queued)

 

The following services will still be available:

  • Visa Debit and Credit Card transactions
  • Digital Wallet payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Wallet)
  • Internet Banking
  • Mobile App
  • Queensland Country Bank website

 

Important: A temporary $500 total transaction limit will apply to all card payments during the maintenance window.
