A Better Insurance Experience for Our Members
Earlier this year, our insurance partner – CGU Insurance – introduced several product and system upgrades aimed at improving the overall experience for our Members.
Introducing the CGU Online Account
One of the key enhancements is the launch of a self-service Online Account. This feature empowers Members to access and manage their personal and policy information anytime, anywhere—without needing to contact customer support.
Who Can Register?
Members are eligible to register for an Online Account if they have:
- Purchased a new policy from 03 March 2025 onwards, or
- Renewed an existing policy from 19 April 2025 onwards.
How to Register
Getting started is simple. Just follow these steps:
- Visit queenslandcountry.bank.cgu.com.au/my-account
- Select ‘Register as a new user’
- Follow the prompts to enter your required information
What You Can Do Online
With an Online Account, Members can:
- Update personal details
- Make payments
- Adjust policy information (e.g., excess amounts, optional benefits, sum insured)
- Lodge and manage claims online
