How do I enter the promotion?

Loss of rent is an additional benefit of your policy. CGU will cover up to 52 weeks of loss of rent if your rental property is unliveable while it is being repaired or rebuilt after a covered event.¹

CGU covers either the weekly rent listed on your Certificate of Insurance, or the weekly rent in your rental agreement, whichever is less. A valid rental agreement is required.

As long as you take out Buildings & Contents or Buildings cover for your Landlords insurance then, yes, it's covered. This means that if a storm, fire, bungled burglary or other insured event causes damage to your property, CGU will cover it.
