Why are some brochures available as webpages?

Some brochures are available as both a webpage and a PDF version.

Both versions contain the same approved information. The webpage version is designed to make information easier to access and read online, while the PDF version provides a format that can be downloaded, saved or printed if required.

This approach allows Members to choose the format that best suits their needs while continuing to access the same information.

Queensland Country Bank is progressively introducing webpage-based brochures, and not all brochures have been converted yet.

Members can use browser features such as zoom, text resizing and other accessibility settings to tailor the content to their needs.

Webpage-based brochures may also work more effectively with assistive technologies and can be easier to navigate on mobile phones, tablets and computers.

Queensland Country Bank is progressively introducing webpage-based brochures over time. Not all brochures have been converted yet, and PDF versions will continue to remain available. Members can choose whichever format best suits their needs.

Where we need to provide product information, terms and conditions or other important documents, we will generally provide them electronically by directing you to the relevant document on our website.

Providing documents electronically helps ensure you have access to the latest approved version available. If you would prefer to receive documents another way, please let us know and we can discuss the options available to you.
