We are aware of an outage currently affecting digital card management in Internet Banking and the Mobile App.

The following services are currently unavailable:

  • Card controls.
  • Card PIN change.
  • Temporary card block.
  • Card sensitive data view.
  • Replacement card ordering.
  • In-app digital wallet provisioning.

Please Note: All Visa Credit and Debit card transactions continue to function correctly.
