We’re keeping you safe!
To help protect you from mistaken or fraudulent payments, from Thursday the 23rd of October 2025 we’re introducing Confirmation of Payee (CoP) on our Internet Banking and Mobile App!
Confirmation of Payee is a new security feature designed to help protect you from scams and mistaken transfers. It gives you greater confidence that your money is going where you intend it to.
To enable us to deliver this exciting new security feature to our Members we have released a new version of our Queensland Country Bank Mobile App on 9 October While it’s always important to keep your Mobile Banking App up to date, this update is especially important to ensure your app continues to function as expected – particularly when it comes to making payments.
What happens if I do not update my app?
To continue making payments through the Mobile App after Thursday the 23rd of October 2025, it’s important to update to the latest version.
Without this update, you won’t be able to process internal or external payments until the app is updated.
