How to add your card to Google Pay?

It only takes a few minutes to get up and running with Google Pay.

1. Download the app on Google Play or the App Store, or visit pay.google.com.

2. Sign in to your Google Account and add a payment method.

3. If you want to use Google Pay in stores, check to see if your phone has NFC.

Do I need to add money to Google Pay?

You don’t need to add money to Google Pay in order to pay. All you need to do is add a payment method, like your eligible Queensland Country Bank debit or credit card. When you use Google Pay, it’s just like how you would normally use your card.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Report your phone as lost or stolen immediately by calling our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 or visiting your local branch. Our team will be able to disable your digital wallet without impacting the use of your physical card.
