Queensland Country Bank is investing in new technology to make banking easier, more connected and better suited to the needs of our Members now and into the future.

As part of our Digital Transformation Program, we’re proud to announce new partnerships with global technology providers Fiserv and VeriPark. These partnerships will support the delivery of modern banking platforms, improved digital services and more seamless experiences across the many ways Members choose to bank with us.

This is not about changing who we are. It is about strengthening the foundations that help us continue to be the same member-owned, community-focused bank our Members know and trust, while improving the technology that supports our service.

Why we’re making this investment

Banking is changing quickly, and Members expect services that are simple, reliable and easy to use. This investment will help us keep pace with those expectations while continuing to deliver the personal service and local connection that matter to our Members.

By working with Fiserv and VeriPark, Queensland Country Bank will have access to proven banking technology that supports digital banking, lending, card services, customer experience and the core systems that sit behind everyday banking.

What will this mean for Members?

Over time, Members can expect improvements that make banking with Queensland Country Bank more seamless, intuitive and connected. This includes better digital banking experiences, more efficient lending processes, stronger service tools for our teams, and more flexibility to respond to future Member needs.

What is staying the same?

Our commitment to Members remains unchanged. We will continue to be a member-owned bank focused on people, service and community. These new partnerships will help strengthen how we deliver on that commitment by giving our people better tools and giving Members more connected banking experiences.

Looking ahead

This is an important step in our transformation journey and reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the future of member-owned banking. We look forward to sharing more with Members as this work progresses.
