The WeMoney Banking Awards recognise the best banking products and innovators in the Australian market. Winners are chosen by identifying products that demonstrate exceptional value, quality or market-leading service with one single winner elected per category, making our wins and finalist categories even more competitive.
This is the first year we have participated in the WeMoney Banking Awards, so it is a testament to our hard work to receive multiple wins and be listed as a finalist in many other categories.
When selecting applicants to nominate for these awards, WeMoney searches for applicants whose products offer a range of different features, such as affordability, flexibility, transparency and customer experience, to name a few.
The particular awards we both won and qualified as a finalist for align with our overall objective of increasing market share and growing our business, with a focus on lending, and also commend our customer service, which we are proud of.
As WeMoney is described as ‘the place Gen Z and Millennial Australians trust to manage their money’, this resonates with our goal to grow our uptake of Members in the younger age demographic. We’re hopeful that adding the WeMoney Banking Awards to our long list of accolades will encourage more Members from the younger generations to put their trust in Queensland Country Bank.
