We’re excited to announce that we are moving and will be opening a new branch in Ipswich in September 2020, conveniently located in the Riverlink Shopping Centre.
Our new location will welcome a new branch design, equipped with modern technology designed to enhance your visit to Queensland Country. For those who can’t visit the branch during the week, we’re pleased to share that Saturday morning trade at Riverlink will be available for all your banking needs.
Our existing branches at Brassall and Winston Glades shopping centres will amalgamate into the new Riverlink branch. While we appreciate this will be a change for some Members, our research indicates that Members have moved their shopping habits towards larger centres such as Riverlink, making it a central and convenient location for a Queensland Country Bank branch. Access to cash withdrawals will remain available at Brassall and Winston Glades through the various ATMs that are located in the centres.
The staff from both Brassall and Yamanto branches have all been offered roles at either the new Riverlink branch or our existing branch at South Station Road, Booval.
The operations of our Booval branch will remain unchanged. However, with our ongoing commitment to improving the branch banking experience, we’ll be making some small improvements to the design in the coming months. Stay tuned for more information.
