Their website provides step-by-step guidance on the different relay options available, helping you choose the service that best suits your needs.
Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National)
If you have limited English proficiency or speak a language other than English then you can use the Translating and Interpreting Service (TIS National). TIS National provides interpreting services in more than 150 languages, helping you communicate with our team in the Contact Centre in your preferred language. Their website includes information in over 25 languages on how to access the service.
The Queensland Country Bank website
If English isn't your preferred language, you can view the Queensland Country Bank website in a range of languages using Google Translate. Please follow the steps below to translate our website into your preferred language:
- Visit to translate.google.com.
- Select Websites from the menu options at the top of the page.
- Ensure the Detect language option is set to English.
