Already a Member of Queensland Country Bank with an existing Visa Debit Card?:

If you are already a Member of Queensland Country Bank and hold an existing Visa Debit Card simply visit your local branch or call our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 to request your Brisbane Heat Visa Debit Card replacement. The best part? You can keep your existing card number meaning there is no need to change any of your payment details!

You will also be able to still use your existing card whilst waiting for your new card to arrive.

 

Already a Member of Queensland Country Bank but don't hold an existing Visa Debit Card?:

If you are already a Member of Queensland Country Bank but don't hold an existing Visa Debit Card that's okay. If you want your Brisbane Heat Debit Card you can easily open a new transactional account by calling our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 or by attending your local branch.

Don’t forget to request the design you would like when opening your account!

 

Not a Member of Queensland Country Bank yet?:

If you are not yet a Member of Queensland Country Bank then that's okay, opening an account is super simple! All you need is your Driver's License or Passport and an internet connection.

Simply go to our 'Become a Member' page, select the account you want to open, and follow the steps. Once your ID is verified you will be given the option to order a Visa Debit Card - this is when you select the Brisbane Heat Debit Card design!

Follow these Steps

  • Complete the ID verification and confirm your information is correct.
  • Once in Setup your accounts go to Visa Debit Card and click Yes
  • Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions
  • Under 'Choose your Visa Debit Card's design below' click through the options (or swipe to the right if using a touch-screen device) to the end and ensure that the Brisbane Heat Visa Debit Card is highlighted.
  • Click Next
  • Review your details (using this screen you can also confirm the correct Visa Debit Card design has been selected under 'Account Summary') and click Submit.
  • Congratulations! You are now a Member of Queensland Country Bank and your new Brisbane Heat Debit Card is on its way !
