If you are already a Member of Queensland Country Bank and hold an existing Visa Debit Card simply visit your local branch or call our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 to request your Brisbane Heat Visa Debit Card replacement. The best part? You can keep your existing card number meaning there is no need to change any of your payment details!
You will also be able to still use your existing card whilst waiting for your new card to arrive.
Already a Member of Queensland Country Bank but don't hold an existing Visa Debit Card?:
If you are already a Member of Queensland Country Bank but don't hold an existing Visa Debit Card that's okay. If you want your Brisbane Heat Debit Card you can easily open a new transactional account by calling our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 or by attending your local branch.
Don’t forget to request the design you would like when opening your account!

If you are not yet a Member of Queensland Country Bank then that's okay, opening an account is super simple! All you need is your Driver's License or Passport and an internet connection.
Simply go to our 'Become a Member' page, select the account you want to open, and follow the steps. Once your ID is verified you will be given the option to order a Visa Debit Card - this is when you select the Brisbane Heat Debit Card design!
