We acknowledge this has taken effort from all Members to do so. Given BSB 704 640 no longer works, to avoid dishonours please ensure all records are updated and customers and suppliers are aware of BSB 654 000.

The switch to BSB 654 000 is part of a significant project to improve our banking services for Members into the future.

This project will pave the way for us to bring you a more superior banking experience, with benefits such as:

  • Better ways to manage your cards in the banking app and internet banking
  • More digital wallet options including Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay
  • Increased access to real time transfers to and from other banks
  • New credit card loyalty rewards program
  • Numerous fee reductions rolled out 1 November 2022

New cards

All Queensland Country Bank debit and credit cards have been replaced as part of this project. You should have received your replacement cards by now. If you haven’t received your replacement card/s, or have any questions, please call our team on 1800 075 078.
