Queensland Country Bank collects your personal information to assess your application, verify your identity, manage any products or services you hold with us, and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Privacy (Credit Reporting) Code and Anti‑Money Laundering and Counter‑Terrorism Financing Act 2006)

Our Privacy and Credit Reporting Policy explains how we manage your personal information, how you can access or correct it, and how to make a privacy or credit reporting complaint. Our Privacy and Credit Reporting Notification outlines how Queensland Country responsibly handles the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information, including credit-related details and credit reporting (including the credit reporting bodies we deal with).

Our Electronic Identity Verification Collection Notice explains how we will manage your personal information if you consent to us verifying your identity documents (e.g., Australian drivers licence) electronically using the Attorney-General’s Department’s Document Verification Service (DVS). You do not have to agree to verify your identity documents electronically. If you prefer not to provide your identity information online, you will be able to choose to verify your identity in person at a Queensland Country branch using your identity documents.
