No matter if you’re looking into the Home Guarantee Scheme (HGS), which includes the First Home Guarantee (FHBG), Regional First Home Buyer Guarantee (RFHBG) and the Family Home Guarantee (FHG), or the First Home Owners Grant, First Home Super Saver Scheme or even Stamp Duty Concessions, understanding what support is available and which options you are eligible for can sometimes be complicated.

We’ve collected all the current information available for Government Guarantees and Grants that apply to first home buyers, single parents/single legal guardians, and those wanting to build new. Let us talk you through what each Guarantee or Grant offers, their eligibility requirements and more.
