The amalgamation of MCU’s banking system into Queensland Country’s has been completed. Your Queensland Country Bank access cards are now operational. Members have also been sent an SMS and/or email with your new internet banking passwords.

As a former Member of Maleny Credit Union (MCU), the management and staff of Queensland Country Bank would like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a Member of our organisation.

Your choice of face-to-face or digital banking
While we have a strong commitment to offering face to face banking services in our communities, our full range of digital banking options and a Queensland based contact centre allow us to offer Queenslanders a genuine alternative to the major banks.
We’re excited to offer former MCU Members a modern internet banking service that includes the ability to make real-time payments to accounts at other financial institutions and a banking app that is available on Apple and Android devices.

Information about changes to your accounts
While we have worked with MCU to make the transition of your banking as smooth as possible, we appreciate that the way you conduct some aspects of you banking will change following the transition.
By now you should have received correspondence from MCU detailing your new Member number, the type of account your former MCU product will change to and details of what will happen over the weekend that the banking system conversion takes place.
A subsequent email was sent on 22 February with details regarding a change in the date of the banking systems amalgamation from the weekend of 26 February to the weekend of 19 to 21 March.
If you have not received either of these pieces of correspondence, please contact us on 1800 075 078 or complete your details below and we will arrange for the correspondence to be re-sent to you.
As explained in your letter from MCU, documents relating to the Terms and Conditions of your new accounts with Queensland Country are all available on our website.
