We are aware that some users with iOS devices are currently experiencing difficulties accessing our SmartBudget service. We apologise for any inconvenience and are working to fix the problem.

Mobile Banking App users are able to login to ib.queenslandcountry.bank on their desktop computer to access SmartBudget on all browsers other than Safari. Safari users are encouraged to contact their nearest branch or our Contact Centre on 1800 075 078 to arrange payment of urgent bills.
